For IT service providers, MSPs & resellers

Add IT disposal to your services — white-labelled, and earn from it.

Your clients ask you to take away old kit. Instead of it being a cost or a hassle, let us handle the collection and certified data destruction on your behalf — under your branding — and we'll share the recovered value back with you. No licences to hold, no van runs, no landfill liability.

A new line for IT providers

You already own the relationship. We make disposal pay.

When you refresh a client's fleet, decommission a server room or off-board old laptops, the redundant kit has to go somewhere — securely, compliantly, with the data destroyed. Most IT providers either pay a disposal firm to take it, run it to the tip themselves, or let it pile up in a back room. None of those make you money, and some of them carry real GDPR and Duty of Care risk if it's done wrong.

Our white-label partnership turns that around. You offer "secure IT disposal" as part of your service; we do the regulated heavy lifting invisibly behind your brand; and the value recovered from the equipment is shared back to you. Your client sees a seamless service from a provider they already trust — you add a revenue line and shed a liability at the same time.

Why partner with us

Built to slot neatly into how you already work

A genuine behind-the-scenes partner — not a competitor we introduce to your customers.

Your brand, front and centre

If you want it, the collection form and data destruction certificate carry your branding. To your customer, the disposal is part of your service — not an outsourced third party.

A real revenue share

We recover value from working kit, components and raw materials. An agreed share of the net recovered value comes back to you on each collection — income from something that used to cost you time or money.

The compliance sits with us

We're the registered waste carrier and ICO-registered data processor. We issue the waste transfer note and the Certificate of Data Destruction. You offer the service without holding any of the licences yourself.

We stay in our lane

We attend as your appointed disposal partner only. We don't pitch our own services to your clients or try to win their managed IT — that's written into the partner agreement. Your relationship stays yours.

Zero landfill, zero hassle

Everything is recycled to WEEE standards through our existing processes. No tip runs, no storage headaches, no environmental liability sitting in your unit.

One clean paper trail

Your customer gets audit-ready documentation; you get a record of every collection and the revenue share due. Simple, transparent reconciliation each time.

How the partnership works

Five simple steps, mostly invisible to your client

You stay the trusted face; we handle the regulated work behind the scenes.

01

You flag a collection

When a client needs old IT cleared, you let us know the site, rough quantity and any branding preferences.

02

We collect as you

We attend the customer site as your appointed disposal partner, with paperwork carrying your branding if you've chosen that.

03

Data destroyed

Every data-carrying device is wiped to government standards or shredded. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued for your client.

04

Value recovered

We resell working kit and recycle the rest to WEEE standards. The net value recovered is calculated for that collection.

05

You get paid

Your agreed share of the recovered value is reconciled and paid to you, with a clear statement for each collection.

How the revenue share works

Transparent, per-collection, and weighted to what's actually recovered

Old IT has value in three ways: working devices that can be refurbished and resold, usable components (RAM, SSDs, working parts), and the raw materials recovered through recycling. We turn that into cash, deduct the direct costs of doing so, and share an agreed percentage of what's left with you. Because it's a share of net recovered value, you're always getting a slice of a real, realised figure — never a vague promise.

We used to pay to have old client kit taken away and never thought twice about it. Now the same job is branded as ours, the data destruction is properly certified, and it actually pays us back. It's a no-brainer.

FAQs

Partner questions

Yes. This is a genuine white-label service. We can populate the collection paperwork and data destruction documentation with your company's branding, so to your customer it looks like your service end to end. We attend as your appointed disposal partner, not as a separate company pitching for their business.

We recover value from the equipment we collect through resale of working kit and components, and recycling of raw materials. From that we deduct the direct costs of collection, data destruction and processing, and we share an agreed percentage of the remaining net value back to you on each collection. The percentage and terms are set out in a short written partner agreement so it's clear and predictable.

We do. We are the registered waste carrier (CBDU444714), Environment Agency registered and ICO registered. We issue the Duty of Care waste transfer note and the Certificate of Data Destruction for every collection. Your customer's environmental and data-disposal compliance is covered by our licences and our documentation — you don't need to hold any of it yourself.

No — and we put that in writing. We attend solely as your disposal partner to carry out the collection and data destruction. We don't market our own services to your clients or attempt to take over their managed IT or support. The customer relationship stays firmly yours; that non-solicitation commitment is part of the partner agreement.

No. There's no joining fee, and there's no charge to you or your customers for the collection and certified data destruction. We make our margin from the recovered value of the equipment — and share a portion of it with you. You're adding a revenue line, not taking on a cost.

We cover the North East — Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland and Teesside. There's no minimum quantity for a collection, from a handful of laptops to a full server-room decommission. If you have a one-off large project or a steady stream of smaller jobs, both work well as a partnership.
